Two undergraduate students in the social work program, Lorie Lashway-Grant and Dovie Bowles, traveled to Washington DC to participate in the first annual Social Work Student Advocacy Day on Capitol Hill. Organizers of the event told school leadership that they demonstrated high levels of enthusiasm during the event. We are so proud of them and their accomplishment. They represented OU and social work at the highest level.
