4. What if I have a GPA lower than a 3.0?
There are options for conditional acceptance that are explained further in the graduate handbook. You may wish to contact the Graduate Coordinator to discuss your specific situation (Anthony Natale in Norman at anatale@ou.edu or Lori Franklin in Tulsa at lfranklin@ou.edu).

5. Is the GRE required?
No, we do not require the GRE.

Yes. Though it is not a requirement to get into the program, it is required to have a statistics course before you take SWK Graduate Research Methods I and II. Advanced Standing students are exempt from this requirement.

No, but you are required to have an undergraduate degree before you start the MSW program.

We are sometimes able to accept graduate credit but you would need to meet with the graduate coordinator to discuss this possibility.

9. How much does the program cost?
Tuition at OU is based on both the amount of hours you take per semester and whether or not you are live in or out of state when you apply. Please visit the bursar website to use the tuition estimator to find out the cost unique to you and your plans for the program.

10. Where do I go for financial aid?
Please visit the OU Financial Aid website for information on deadlines, resources, and the application for financial aid.
