Carrie Jankowski has been practicing clinical social work since 2001. Her clinical focus and experience in social work has primarily focused on the healthcare field. She has worked with numerous populations, including children and adults with special needs, individuals and families, and older adults. She has worked in settings such as inpatient and outpatient clinics, schools, and private practice. In addition to teaching part-time, she also works with older adults in a nursing home setting.

Carrie has guided emerging social workers at the undergraduate, graduate and post graduate levels as a Community Faculty member since 2014. She received the honor of student-selected “Community Faculty of the Year” for 2015-2016. She teaches 1-2 classes per semester as well as providing support to students during their field work as a Faculty Field Liaison. She has been an Oklahoma Board Approved Supervisor leading clinical supervision since 2013.

Carrie is originally from Louisiana and has been married to Matt since 2001. She has boy/girl twins, George and Abigail, who are in the 3rd grade. She enjoys an active lifestyle, including outdoor activities such as running, hiking, skiing, and photography.
